A Fresh New Look:

As you have may have noticed there have been some changes made to the clinic, giving it a much-needed face lift! Our Practice Manager Nicole has been hard at work transforming it into a bright, welcoming space for our clients and patients alike! A fresh coat of paint, new furniture, updated equipment, and stunning artworks has made the space even more welcoming than before. The updated décor is designed to make both our patients and clients feel at ease, creating a soothing environment where quality care and compassion meet. These enhancements are all part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for you and your pets.

New Consult Room:

We’re thrilled to announce that an additional consult room is in progress! This new space means we will have 3 consult rooms in total and will open a lot of new possibilities. This space will also be utilised as a cat-friendly area when waiting to see the vet for your consult, away from dogs to keep them as calm as possible in a less stressful environment. Nurse consults are now available for services like nail trims and regular injections such as Solensia, Beransa, Cytopoint and Synovan – provided your pet has been seen by a vet within the last six months. This will allow our nurses to meet with you and your pets, providing quick consultations and offering more availability for your convenience. This will also let our nurses get to know you and your pet better and vice versa! We look forward to enhancing your experience with this new service and a new consultation room and making it even easier to keep your pets happy and healthy!
